To meet the development needs of new energy vehicles for lightweight design, longer cruising range and higher safety, our company has recently completed the technical iteration and upgrading of a new generation of core automotive chassis components. Leveraging the application of new high-strength steel materials, optimized structural design and innovative precision processing technology, the R&D team has achieved dual breakthroughs in weight reduction and efficiency improvement. Compared with traditional products, the newly upgraded chassis control arms and steering parts achieve a weight reduction of over 9% and a fatigue service life improvement of more than 38%, which effectively reduces vehicle energy consumption and enhances driving stability and steering accuracy.
Adopting a three-in-one R&D model integrating materials, structure and technology, we have comprehensively optimized the mechanical properties and durability of products through multiple rounds of simulation tests, road verification and stringent high and low temperature environmental tests. In the future, we will continue to focus on technological innovation in core components such as automotive chassis, braking and steering systems, deepen the supporting field of new energy vehicles, empower vehicle quality upgrading with core technologies, and assist automobile manufacturers in achieving high-quality and low-carbon development.
