1. Responding to a Tight Delivery Schedule
Our team recently completed an order of 100 custom sheet metal cabinets for a customer working with a tight delivery schedule.
The project covered the complete manufacturing process, including laser cutting, precision bending, welding and grinding, surface finishing, assembly, packing and shipment. Through close coordination between each production stage, all 100 cabinets were completed and dispatched according to the agreed schedule.

2. A Tight Schedule Requires Close Production Coordination
Time-sensitive sheet metal projects are not completed simply by increasing production speed. Each process must be properly scheduled so that materials, equipment, operators and downstream operations remain closely coordinated.
After confirming the drawings and delivery requirements, our team arranged the production sequence and monitored progress throughout the project. Laser cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly were connected efficiently to reduce unnecessary waiting between operations.
The objective was clear: respond quickly to the customer’s needs while maintaining consistent workmanship throughout the production run.
3. From Laser Cutting to Shipment
| Production stage | Main work |
|---|---|
| Laser Cutting | Cutting cabinet panels and structural components according to the approved drawings |
| Precision Bending | Forming panels, frames and flanges to the required dimensions |
| Welding & Grinding | Joining cabinet structures and preparing clean, consistent surfaces |
| Surface Finishing | Improving the appearance and surface protection of the cabinets |
| Assembly | Installing and checking the required cabinet components |
| Packing | Protecting finished surfaces, edges and corners during transportation |
| Shipment | Organizing the completed 100 sets for loading and delivery |
The video documents the actual production process and shows how the cabinets moved step by step from flat sheet metal to finished products ready for shipment.
4. Supporting Time-Sensitive Sheet Metal Projects
Innoway Precision provides custom sheet metal fabrication for industrial cabinets, metal enclosures, equipment housings, brackets and assembled metal products.
For projects with demanding delivery schedules, our team can assist with drawing review, DFM recommendations, process planning, prototype production and batch manufacturing. The final production plan is determined according to the product structure, materials, finishing requirements, quantity and available capacity.
If you are developing a custom sheet metal cabinet or metal enclosure, send us your 2D drawings, 3D files or sample requirements. Our team will review the manufacturing process, quotation and achievable lead time.
